Cow Cuddling and more at Sunset View Creamery

Our favorite local creamery gained some press this week from WENY.

Sunset View Creamery is a local cheese farmstead/production facility, but truly offers so much more. The Hoffman Family has been dairy farming for more than 100 years.

I was first introducted to them during a Wine & Cheese Festival in 2017. The day was scorching by New York standards but you wouldn’t know it from the crowd. There, I was introduced to most delicous cheese I have ever eaten. Since that time, we’ve made numerous trips to The Creamery.

We’ve been to various events that have introduced us to new cheeses and new experiences.

In 2021, for Mother’s Day, my husband took me Cow Cuddling. Yes, this was something I had wanted to do and yes, it is just as it states. Cow Cuddling. Event with the pandemic still menacing the country, patrons in small quantities, we allowed to cuddle the sweet Bovine.

Sunset View Creamery doesn’t just offer cheese or cow cuddling. The have an amazing store, with HANDS DOWN, the creamiest most delicious ice cream around. They also offer Dairy Discovery Camp for kids.

Visit Sunset View Creamer on Facebook and Instagram. Shop their online store here.
