Chicken Rigatoni in Garlic Sauce
This was a new recipe I tried and became a monthly request.
My boys are typically into pasta , so I was a bit surprised, but apparently this checked off all the boxes. This meal is very easy to make and pairs nicely with a salad and garlic bread.
I feel like it would be a great date night dinner. It tastes like you’ve spent a great deal of time on it, but really, the time is in the pasta boiling and chicken cooking.
We did have a small mishap, which you’ll see of you watch the video all the way through.
I had my cell phone in a holder, attached to the microwave. This sits above the stove so I can video.
All was well until the steam began to loosed the suction and well…
Let’s just say I’m happy my phone is waterproof!
